How long does processing take?

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom or personalized items may require additional production time.

How long does shipping take?

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. We are not responsible for carrier delays once shipped.

Can I change my shipping address?

Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, orders cannot be redirected.

What if my package says delivered but I don’t have it?

Please check around your property, with neighbors, and contact your local post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review and offer a replacement or refund if verified.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items in unused, original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

What items are final sale?

Custom or personalized items, intention jars, Florida Water, opened spiritual products, clearance items, and digital downloads are final sale.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order if you would like a different item.

Is your Florida Water safe?

Our Florida Water contains alcohol and botanicals. It is flammable and for external use only. Do not ingest. Keep away from heat, children, and pets.

Can I apply Florida Water to my skin?

Perform a patch test before skin use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Why does my crystal look slightly different from photos?

Crystals are natural materials and may contain inclusions, color variations, or natural lines. These are not defects.

How should I care for my crystal?

Do crystals guarantee results?

Crystals are sold as decorative and spiritual items only. We make no guarantees regarding metaphysical outcomes.

Are custom engraved items refundable?

No. All personalized laser-engraved items are final sale. Engraving is a permanent process.

Will I receive a proof before engraving?

If a proof is included with your order, production begins only after approval. Approved proofs cannot be changed.

Why does my engraved wood look slightly different than photos?

Wood grain, tone, and burn depth vary naturally. Each engraved piece is unique.

Can I submit my own artwork?

Yes. By submitting artwork, you confirm you own the rights or have permission to reproduce it.
